Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days. If it has been 7 days since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which returns will not be accepted:
Any item not in original condition, damaged or lost for reasons not due to our fault.
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
1- During official state occasions announced in the store.
2- Products that have seasonal offers and discounts.
3- Personal necessities, including perfumes and cosmetics.
4- Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
5- Products without price tags, stickers, original packaging, or lack of any of their accessories.
Only regular priced products may be refunded.
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping and return
To return your product, you must send your product with the shipping company or courier to our address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you get your money back, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
