Bana Perfume Corporation Return Policy

Bana Perfume Corporation is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience for all its customers. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy that allows customers to return products they do not want or are not satisfied with.

Terms:

1. The customer may return products purchased from Bana Perfumes Store within the specified period: 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. The products must be in their original condition and unused.

3. The product must be in its original packaging.

4. The products must be returned with the original invoice.

Conditions:

To return a product, the customer must contact customer service on WhatsApp  or send email.

After contacting customer service, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Once the product is received, it will be inspected by the customer service team. If the product meets the aforementioned conditions, a refund will be issued to the customer.

Refund Process:

The refunded amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within a maximum of 3 days after receiving and verifying the product’s integrity.

Exceptions:

The return policy does not apply to the following products:

1. Products purchased through special offers or discounts.

2. Products that have been altered or damaged after purchase.

3. Products purchased from one of our partner stores or external sellers.

Policy Changes:

Bana Perfumes reserves the right to modify the return policy at any time.
